There has always been an aspect of jewelry that didn't make sense to me. The majority of jewelry items are too dainty for my taste. This is probably because when I think of gems, I'm visualizing the crown jewels. I'm thinking big! I'm sure this is due in no small part to the fact that I'm a Gem Cutter.

If I'm going to take the time to cut a raw stone and turn it into a masterpiece, I want it to be large enough to see and enjoy.

I have invested sixty to a hundred hours making this gem as close to perfect as possible. I want you to be able to see it and enjoy it. I don't cut gems to typical jewelry store stones.

• I see your gem before it's cut, while still rough. I've either mined the gem personally, know the miner that brought it up from the ground thoroughly, or personally tested the stone for authenticity.

• All the cuts meet where they're suppose to. this is based on their design for optimum brilliance. The difference is astounding.
  
  
• Your stone is finished only when I'm proud of it. That means the girdle is faceted and polished. The entire gemstone looks breathtaking, even with a 10 power (10X loupe).
